Identify shared challenges:
Instead of focusing on the differences between state Medicaid programs, focus on first identifying the big challenges they share and then defining the role that technology can play insolving them. Event during JPM 2019.
Connect leaders across states and sectors:
Identify and connect innovative leaders working to improve Medicaid from both within the delivery system and outside of it. Begin to build a national network through which solutions and lessons learned can be shared.
Disseminate findings and identify solutions:
Focuson sharing the common challenges identified with the entrepreneurs and investors who have the potential to solve and scale them. Identify any promising solutions and share those back with Medicaid payers, providers, and government leaders.
